Better than a hotel.

Let see you know that we just got back from  National Harbor, MD.  Beautiful !!!

We  started out  with visiting   Bently Brook in the berkshires.    Western Mass.  above Pitsfield.
 Just a couple of hours away from home and we thought yes we will come here.  Oh it is next to the ski mountain  Jiminy Peak..  Neither one of us ski, snowboard, or ride that fast down hill thing.  It was just a nice pleasant and peaceful area. The Fall is breath taking.   Plenty of things to do.  Oh and the Ice Cream.  (which we should not eat) but it is good.  Shops big and small.  Some you have to look for.

Then there is Mt Greylock.  No, we did not walk it. We drove to the top and went to the top of this look out place. Nice.

Yes  we climbed all of the stairs that was inside this tower to look out the 4 windows at the top. North, East, South and West.
Well worth the trip.  Going down was just as long as going up.
